The hotel's location in a quiet castle area with fantastic views was amazing. Being away from the tram station added to the tranquility, while still being conveniently situated in the heart of the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect and the facilities were great. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. the breakfast offered was really good, making it a perfect start to each day.

We had a wonderful stay here in this hotel! The location was perfect - right in the center of everything we wanted to see in the city, and public transport was easily accessible with a rating of 10 out of 10. The hotel is situated in a quiet street close to the city center, and it is surrounded by three embassies, giving it a prime location. The staff, from the receptionist to the dining staff, were all very polite and provided excellent service. The rooms were quirky and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with free toiletries. The hotel also provided free Wi-Fi and had a lift for easy access.
There are no pets allowed in this hotel. However, we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We loved the spacious family suite with a separate room for the kids, including a trundle bed. The breakfast had a variety of hot food, pastries, fruit, and more. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to public transport and attractions like the castle and Charles Bridge.
